The Textile Division has its head office in Bombay and factories at Gokak Falls close to Goa in West India.

The manufacturing operations were started in 1887 and have grown and modernised consistently over the decades to become one of Indias leading totally vertical textile operations offering from Yarn to fabrics to technical textiles to garments. The mills use very environmental clean and safe hydroelectric power generated through its own power plants.

Further more all the yarns are made under strict guidelines of Oeko Tex Standard 100 so as to provide textiles free of harmful substances to our customers worldwide.

The monthly capacity is 3000 tons of spun yarns,1 million sq mts of fabrics,1000 tons of twisted yarns and 450 tons of Dyed Yarns.

The mill works 24x7,3 shifts a day through out the year.
