Our customer service department provides all information about the shipment. Our quality assurance department checks the raw material, inprocess & finished goods. Goods are properly labelled and kept at properly. Rejections are kept separate. Packaging is done properly so that material is not damaged in transit. Our technical & r & d department is involved in development of new applications & products as per customer requirements. They check and approve the technical specifications.
