Wet lamination adhesives: These adhesives are water based and are used for lamination of film(BOPP, PVC, pet ) to paper/board. Specific advantages of the product is good bonding between printed paper to film giving paper tearing on film de-lamination.
Dry lamination adhesives(waterbased): For print lamination( suitable for billhofer and paperplast machines )
Polyurethene adhesives(solventbased): These adhesives are used for film to film lamination which can any substrates like pet/BOPP/cpp/poly natural/ld etc..
Other water borne emulsion adhesives for various applications like stickers, label stocks, etc.
Hotmelt adhesive for book binding: These adhesives are used in book binding and gives best results.
We also manufacture cold binding gum again for the binding process.
Side sealing glue: Our water based side sealing glue is used in the side sealing of laminated/varnished cartons.
Water borne overprint and heat seal varnishes: Chemline's range of aquagloss water borne overprint varnishes(opv) and aquaseal heat seal overprint varnishes(hsopv) are a replacement for conventional solvent based varnishes and are free from voc(volatileorganic compounds) hence reducing pollution, fire hazards and health risks for shop floor workers. The range of hsopv are used for blister packaging&hot stamping foils. Specific advantages of opv are superior gloss, scuff resistance, water and oil resistance and good sealability to plastics in case of hsopv. The varnishes can be applied off line, flexographic, rotogravure, varnishing machine etc.
Solvent based heat seal varnishes: We have excellent product suitable for both blister packaging of board and aluminium foil.
