Uptodate Plastics And Packagings Pvt. Ltd. manufactures hot melt adhesives for diverse industrial applications such as packaging, book binding, lamination, wood working, DIY, adhesion of plastic to plastic and plastic to glass. Pressure sensitive hot melt adhesives are manufactured for use in labels, tapes, and holograms Products are available in standard forms e.g., granules, blocks, release coated cartons etc. The company also plans to introduce in the market, heat activated pressure sensitive adhesive films, 11mm diameter cylindrical rods and adhesive sheets.
The company has formulated over 50 well established grades of HMA, and HMPSA, based on EVA Copolymer, SIS Block Polymer, and Polyamides (under development). The unit is engaged in continuous Research and Development with a view to not only maintaining and improving the quality of its products but also innovating and formulating new grades of hot melt adhesives to meet the growing demands of the industrial users.
The Company has set high standards of performance and has fully equipped itself with the required resources in shape of manpower, equipment, plant and machinery and infrastructure to meet the Quality Management System under International Systems (ISO 9001:2000) with the Certification scope to manufacture, develop and sell hot melt adhesive in the national and international market.
A wide range of hot melt adhesives (HMA) based on EVA co polymer and SIS based block polymer are available.
Product range includes: Book Binding Grades, Packaging Grades, Automotive Application Grades and Other Miscellaneous Grades
The company also markets imported Hot Melt Dispensers/Applicators.
